Throughout my over 20 years in practice, I have continued my education with further training in chiropractic manual techniques, lower force chiropractic Activator Method™, soft tissue techniques (like Graston™, IASTM™), Craniosacral, and exercise therapy. All of these give me a broad set of options with which to
choose the best route for you on your path to health. I have also finished certifications as a Sports Practitioner and Clinical Wellness. I am a certified yoga instructor in which I incorporate to my daily life personally and professionally. I also continue to learn and am working on deepening my knowledge in Clinical Nutrition.

There are many of our health attributes we can't change; our genes control how tall we are, the color of our eyes, the color of our skin and the genetic markers for certain diseases. But did you know that our genes control only 20-30% of our health? That's right, we can change up to 70% of our health with our lifestyle choices. Choosing movement over sedentary days; to use tobacco or not; eating more fruits and vegetables over highly processed and refined foods and focusing our thoughts on the bad versus the good influence how our genes express themselves and therefore how healthy we can be at any given time.
Knowing this, I strive to give my patients the knowledge to make the healthiest choices they can to guide them on their health and wellness journey.
There is no pill or prescription to make you healthy and I (nor any other health care provider) do not have a magic wand to make the healthy changes/choices for you.
